Play Tweetcraft in Your Browser

Tweetcraft is a free Minecraft-style block-building game made to be shared on X: you create a world, post its link, and everyone who opens the post plays in that same world. This link is the game's own site, tweetcraft.jai.vin.

Tweetcraft background

Tweetcraft was made by developer Jaivin Wylde, who announced it on X on 6 October 2026 by inviting people to join his world straight from the post. The idea of playing a multiplayer game inside the X timeline drew wide attention, including a reply from X's head of product Nikita Bier.

Tweetcraft is an independent project and is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. It needs a browser with WebGL 2. A cryptocurrency token using the Tweetcraft name has also appeared; no source we found shows that the developer created or endorses it.

How to play Tweetcraft

Each Tweetcraft world has its own address. When that link is shared on X, everyone who opens it joins the same live world, so a post works as a lobby for a shared building session. Players move around a block world, break and place blocks, pick items from an inventory and chat with each other. On touch screens a joystick and jump and sneak buttons appear, and double-tapping jump switches to flying. You can enter open worlds as a guest, while publishing your own world is done by posting its link on X.

  1. Open the page in a browser that supports WebGL 2, or open a Tweetcraft link someone has posted on X.
  2. Join an open world as a guest, or create a world and post its link on X so others can join.
  3. On a phone, use the on-screen joystick to move and the arrow buttons to jump or sneak; double-tap jump to fly.
  4. Open the inventory to choose blocks, and use the chat box to talk to other players.
