Play Krillion in Your Browser
Krillion is a free daily trivia-style game at krillion.io: seven prompts a day, the same for everyone, where rarer correct answers score more than obvious ones. Its tagline is "one in a krillion".

Krillion background
Krillion is made by one person who goes by the pseudonym kp and describes themselves on the FAQ page as a 22-year-old American computer science graduate. The FAQ notes that other people have claimed to be the creator, which is why the page now states who made it.
Answer sets are built by combining sources such as dictionaries, wiki pages and encyclopedias. Rarity is scored against a database of how often a word or name appears in what people read and write; prompts that cannot be measured that way get LLM assistance and a manual pass. The site also offers an unlimited mode, an archive, friends lists and themed packs. Buying any pack removes ads across the site.
How to play Krillion
Each day you work through seven prompts. For each one you type an answer that fits; common answers barely count, while rarer ones sink you deeper in the dive, which is the game's way of showing your score. Each prompt also has a hidden "Krillion", a gem answer chosen for being both rare and satisfying to find. Autocorrect checks known aliases, so a near-miss spelling can match an unexpected answer. When you finish, you can compare depth with friends or keep playing in unlimited mode.
- Open krillion.io and choose Dive in to start the daily dive.
- Read each prompt and type the least obvious correct answer you can think of.
- Watch how deep each answer takes you, then continue through all seven prompts.
- Use Unlimited, Archive or Themed packs from the menu for more rounds.
